Shipping & Exchange Policy

At Aakruti Pustaka (Parent Organization running  https://www.labyrinthbooks.in), we are committed to delivering your orders safely and promptly. This Shipping & Exchange Policy explains our shipping timelines, charges, exchange process, and returns.

Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
• Delivery Timelines:
  • Bengaluru: 1-3 business days
  • Other Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote/Rural Areas: 7–10 business days
• Order Tracking:Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your shipment.

Shipping Charges 

Free shipping is available on orders above ₹1500.

For orders below ₹1500, Shipping charges between ₹ 30 – ₹ 100 is charged.

Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders may incur an additional handling fee.

Order Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch. Advance Booking orders cancelled within this window will be fully refunded to the original payment method.

After Dispatch: Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Exchange & Return Policy

We entertain exchange or return when item shipped is defective or damaged.

• Damaged or Defective Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at +91 9611541806 or aakrutibooks@gmail.com with photos. We will arrange replacement or Refund at no additional cost.

Important Notes

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, except for defective or wrongly delivered items.
• Unauthorized returns (without order number and receipt) will not be accepted.
• Aakruti Pustaka reserves the right to deny returns/exchanges that do not meet policy conditions.

Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit (for Damaged or Defective Items)

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method. Additional time may be required by your bank/credit card provider.
• Exchanges: Items may be exchanged for a different product (subject to availability). If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
• Store Credit: Store credit will be issued in the form of a voucher/code and can be redeemed for future purchases on our website. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
