VOUCHER & DISCOUNT CODES

Voucher codes are only available at https://www.labyrinthbooks.in or will be shared explicitly by the proprietor to you.

• Discount codes cannot be combined with any other offers, deals, sales, discounts, or promotions, including but not limited to staff discounts or any other discount codes or promotions.
• The discount will be automatically applied during checkout, assuming the code is valid and has been accurately entered in the promotional box.
• Once an order is completed, the discount cannot be applied retroactively.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

The prices of our products and services are displayed on our website. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and net banking. You agree to pay the full amount for any purchase you make on our website.

We also accept eWallet payments such as PhonePe and Google Pay

ORDERS

Upon receiving your order confirmation, please note that this signifies our acknowledgment of your order; however, it does not constitute a binding contract. The contractual agreement will be established once we print the invoice, which indicates our acceptance of the order.

Aakruti Pustaka is under no obligation to accept a customer’s order. This may occur if the order does not meet specific fraud detection criteria, if a customer successfully applies multiple discounts if the order cannot be processed, or if there is a pricing error associated with the product.

All payments are made in Indian Rupees (INR) By Proceeding to Checkout you are confirming that you have read and understood our Terms & Conditions. Currency conversions are approximate; they vary daily and are subject to change. We have no responsibility to match previously seen pricing.  Any payments made by Debit Card, Credit Card or Net banking will be subject to their daily rates (if applies).

Aakruti Pustaka reserves the right to cancel any order which does not have matching billing and delivery details. We will take precautions to ensure that if details do not match the order has been properly vetted before cancellation takes place.

Aakruti Pustaka tries to be as accurate as possible using supplier information to ensure that the lead times of items are as accurate as possible sometimes forces outside of our control can lead to a delay in delivery to our warehouse. Customers are advised that lead times are estimated times of delivery to our warehouse and they should treat them as estimates.

CANCELLING / RETURNING YOUR ORDER.

Aakruti Pustaka is unable to process order cancellation requests once the goods have been dispatched. In such cases, it is the customer’s responsibility to manage the return and refund of the items. Additionally, deliveries that are refused may incur shipping charges.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

Our entire process is structured to ensure that your order is processed and dispatched to you as quickly as possible, minimizing any waiting time. If the items you have chosen are available at the time of your purchase, we will strive to ship your order on the same day. The order will be delivered to the customer within a time frame of 4 to 10 working days.

All products will be delivered within the designated timeframe outlined in the product listings. Deliveries will be made to the address you provided in your order. We reserve the right to deliver portions of your order separately, at our discretion and expense

Customers are required to ensure they are available to accept the delivery of their ordered goods. Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive an email or text message containing an estimated delivery date and time, along with tracking information if the items are shipped via courier.

If we are unable to deliver the products to the address you provided for reasons beyond our control, we will inform you and keep the products in storage at your risk. Should you want us to attempt redelivery, you must authorize a charge to your credit or debit card for this service. If we do not receive a response from you within 7 days, we will proceed to cancel the order and issue a refund, deducting any reasonable delivery and storage fees incurred.

Aakruti Pustaka retains the authority to modify the service level of an order if a faster delivery option becomes available or if the selected service is considered inappropriate for the shipment due to courier restrictions.

TAKING DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER

All deliveries require a signature, and you will assume responsibility for the products upon delivery and confirmation of their compliance with the contract. Ownership of the products transfers to you once we have received complete payment.

All shortages and damages should be communicated to us in writing or via email within two business days

It is essential to verify your order immediately upon delivery to confirm that all items are received in the correct quantities, and conditions. We will only acknowledge picking errors reported within two days of receipt. Therefore, inspecting all orders upon arrival is crucial, as any discrepancies cannot be addressed afterward. Additionally, any claims for items damaged during transit must be reported within two days of receipt; claims submitted after this period will not be considered.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not provide international shipping during the initial launch phase; the terms specified below will be implemented once the service becomes operational.
